Judith fell in love with Bluebeard and moves into his castle. Bluebeard's secret mesmerizes her—she knows the terrifying rumors, she fears she may be on a road of no return, yet she decides to enter his home.

Nemorino, a young villager, is unhappily in love with the beautiful farm owner Adina, who he thinks is beyond his reach. He tries a magic love potion hoping to win her affection. Will the confusion lead to love? Perhaps the potion works after all.
